Commissioning a piece of custom furniture for your home or business transforms the space from being simply functional into a unique expression of who you are and how you live.
When you embark on creating your unique space, it is often difficult to find a piece that fits perfectly, either in colour, style or dimension. Which is why Kieran takes the utmost care in understanding you and your needs so that he can bring your ideas to life in exactly the way you envisaged.

The general steps taken in order to provide you with a custom piece are as follows:

Step One – Get In Touch
Contact Kieran via email or phone and let him know what it is you’re looking to have made. If need be, Kieran may send you an in-depth questionnaire which will help in providing you with an accurate design and quote. You can also book in an appointment to visit the workshop to view timber samples and discuss your project in person.

Step Two – Price Estimate
Kieran will provide you with a ballpark estimate based on the information provided. If the estimate is within your budget then you will both proceed to the next stage.

Step Three – Design & Quote
There are multiple design options available. Kieran will be in touch to discuss these options with you. Once a final design is approved, Kieran will provide you with an official quote and, if approved, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. A lead time will also be provided.

Step Four – The Build Begins!
This is where your ideas are brought to life. It’s very important to Kieran that you enjoy the process as much he does, so you are welcome to visit the workshop to view the journey of your piece to its completion.
